Job summary

ScolerTec Inc is seeking a Lead Front-End Developer to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders on scalable React/TypeScript front-end solutions. You will guide design, architecture, and cloud deployments across Azure and AWS, delivering high-quality, accessible interfaces on a fully remote basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading development teams, collaborating with business analysts, and mentoring developers.
• Minimum of 7 years of UX Design experience, including UX Thinking, principles, and usability best practices.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and related front‑end technologies.
• Extensive experience developing dynamic forms with emphasis on intuitive user experience, validation, accessibility, maintainability, and efficient design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for front‑end applications and reusable UI solutions.
• Architect and manage application deployments on Azure and AWS using serverless and containerized solutions.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data‑integration workflows using cloud‑native tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional user interfaces while adhering to established design principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, developers, and customer stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
• Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use.
• Design and develop intuitive dynamic forms that provide efficient and accessible user experiences.
• Develop card‑based interfaces and implement drag‑and‑drop functionality.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency in cloud environments.
• Maintain consistent UI/UX design standards across applications and platforms.
• Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Mentor and coach developers by providing technical guidance, feedback, and development best practices.
• Lead user‑testing and analysis sessions to evaluate feedback and improve the overall user experience.
• Participate in Agile planning, design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous‑improvement activities.
