iFIT seeks a Lead Front-End Developer, E-Commerce to drive scalable front-end solutions using Next.js, React, and GraphQL for our remote US team. You will mentor the frontend group and establish coding standards across projects.

You will collaborate with UI/UX, back-end, QA, and product managers to ensure accessibility and performance across our e-commerce platforms, while applying A/B testing and headless CMS strategies. 8+ years of experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science plus 4 years, or 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, with hands-on Next.js experience.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring front-end developers.
• Experience with GraphQL and with headless CMS or composable e-commerce platforms.
• Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests for web applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Drive design and implementation of efficient, scalable front-end solutions using Next.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, QA, and product managers for seamless integration of React components.
• Lead and mentor the front-end development team; run training sessions on Next.js and best practices.
