Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with client-facing or field delivery roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivery quality across multiple engagements or accounts.
• Deep hands-on technical credibility in Python and production AI/ML delivery.
• Proven experience giving direct, timely feedback to engineers.
• Excellent executive and technical communication with clients and team members.
• Strong familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio delivery quality with clear status, risks, blockers, and priorities.
• Set technical direction across engagements and review critical work before clients.
• Coach engineers on accounts with direct, actionable feedback.
• Maintain client confidence through clear, proactive communication and risk management.
• Establish execution discipline with defined cadence and accountable owners.
• Manage delivery risk and escalation with structured recommendations.
