Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in directing organizational policies from development to publication and implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional IPTs, managing workloads, and coaching staff.
• Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to reengineer business processes and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise guidance programs (policy or forms) and governance bodies to evaluate effectiveness.
• Draft and maintain governance charter; conduct regular enterprise stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee the full policy lifecycle from development to compliance auditing and publication.
• Develop standard tools, templates, writing standards, checklists, and process documents.
• Mentor and facilitate consensus among team members; provide training and guidance to staff.
