Solana Foundation is seeking a Lead Engineer for Frontier Traders to own data pipelines and trader-facing interfaces, working remotely across USA/Europe. You will drive architecture, ensure accuracy of volume attribution, and shape rewards and leaderboards with fast, reliable delivery.

You will collaborate with traders, firms, and stakeholders to balance speed and quality, while maintaining high standards for code, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping products end-to-end with clear ownership.
• Experience with high-volume data pipelines and realtime systems.
• Strong proficiency in Rust and on-chain data interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery of Frontier Traders end to end.
• Build and scale pipelines for volume attribution across venues.
• Design and operate rewards, leaderboards, and VIP tier systems.
• Ship realtime experiences and maintain integrations with ecosystem partners.
