Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Engineer to own an AI Attack Simulation platform, building production-grade security tooling that demonstrates how AI systems can be attacked safely and measurably. You will work in a small, empowered team to translate offensive-security concepts into scalable software, with equity as part of the compensation.

The role is fully remote within the United States, offering a strong technical leadership path through Staff/Principal‑level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade software for security platforms.
• Deep understanding of offensive security concepts and how to translate them into scalable systems.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM systems and adversarial ML approaches.

Responsibilities

• Take substantial technical ownership of an AI Attack Simulation platform.
• Productize offensive security techniques into scalable software.
• Collaborate in a pod with product and other engineers to ship features.
• Build, test, and validate secure, production-grade capabilities.
• Engage with customers or stakeholders to validate solutions.
