Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Lead Engineer for its AI Attack Simulation platform. This remote role focuses on building production-grade security software to safely reproduce attacker techniques against AI systems. You’ll work in a small, autonomous pod and own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to production.

You’ll leverage offensive-security knowledge across AI models, LLM workflows, and agentic systems, while shaping architecture and ensuring customer value. Equity is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade security platforms.
• Background in AI security testing or adversary emulation.
• Ability to work in small autonomous teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an AI Attack Simulation platform designed to identify vulnerabilities across AI models and workflows.
• Productize offensive security techniques into scalable software.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly for customer problems.
• Make architectural and technical decisions with minimal bureaucracy.
• Build production‑quality systems and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with pod members and customers to drive impact.
