You will set direction, manage priorities, and ensure scalable analytics assets, working with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to translate demand into insights and improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or BI.
• Experience with health payer or large provider systems preferred.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and lead teams.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Performance Analytics team.
• Drive analytics, forecasting, insights, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Shape a product and outcomes roadmap aligned to Field priorities.
• Partner with Field to translate demands into scalable insights.
• Oversee data loads, configurations, and platform stability.
• Ensure usability and release readiness of analytics assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for platform changes and adoption.
• Maintain governance and high-quality analytics delivery.
