Qualifications
- 10+ years in analytics or product analytics leadership roles.
- Experience with payor-focused products or healthcare analytics.
- Ability to define strategic direction for measurement and reporting across complex product portfolios.
- Experience aligning actuarial value, client reporting and internal metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a consistent analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
- Establish portfolio-level standards for measurement, reporting and business value translation.
- Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics, client reporting and leadership to align priorities.
- Translate product priorities into actionable analytics requirements and execution plans.
- Guide cross-functional alignment on analytics priorities and sequencing.
