CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. You will shape the technology product strategy and oversee end-to-end delivery for Compass Rose programs, coordinating with clinical and business teams.

You will lead a multidisciplinary group of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifikationen

• Executive presence to communicate with senior executives and frontline staff.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience, with configuration and integration knowledge.
• Deep familiarity with value-based care constructs, retail health, and clinical operations.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed interventions.
• Analytical rigor and accountability for execution and outcomes.
