Job summary
Zealogics.com is seeking a Senior DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise DevOps practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments. This role will lead transformation initiatives, support engineering teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions, and champion automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, and mature CI/CD, and will mentor teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent IT experience.
- 10+ years IT experience with 7+ in DevOps/Cloud/SRE.
- Strong leadership and enterprise-scale platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage DevOps engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams.
- Define and implement enterprise DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
- Architect and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
- Establish deployment, release management, rollback, and DR processes.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and align with security and regulatory requirements.
