Job summary

HUB International Midwest Limited in Chicago, Illinois, seeks a Lead Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure Cloud. Lead the implementation of microservices with Golang, gRPC, and .NET, and design RESTful APIs for distributed systems.

Build integrations from Salesforce into internal and external apps, and establish CI/CD with Azure DevOps, YAML, and Docker.

Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, computer applications, or a related field.
Three years of experience as a Software Developer, Program Analyst.
Three years of progressive experience in software development, including cloud-based application development, microservices architecture, and enterprise platform integration.
Microsoft Certifications in Azure Developer Associate and Microsoft Certifications in DevOps Engineer Expert (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale cloud-native apps.
Develop microservices-based solutions using Golang, gRPC, and .NET.
Build RESTful APIs and inter-service communication protocols.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML and Docker.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
