Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own end-to-end forecasting for all items and categories, including the Truly Beauty acquisition. You will lead S&OP meetings, build robust forecasting methodologies, and ensure alignment with stakeholders at all levels.

This remote role requires 4+ years in demand planning or related fields, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and inventory targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in direct Demand Planning or related Supply Planning/CPFR/Operations.
• Experience in Supply Chain industry.
• Leadership of S&OP processes and planning system transitions.
• Forecasting multi-brand/multi-category portfolios; onboarding acquired business is a plus.
• Experience with planning systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for DSC and Truly Beauty across items and categories.
• Lead all S&OP meetings end to end and drive decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Develop forecasting methodologies and transition to DSC planning tools.
• Serve as primary demand planning contact across the organization and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Own KPI reporting (MAPE, Bias) and automate forecasting workflows.
