Dexerto seeks a Senior Influencer & Talent Relations Manager to lead and evolve our talent partnerships across gaming, streaming, entertainment, and internet culture. This remote role is UK-based, with scope to shape a globally scaled function and elevate Dexerto as a leading creator-focused media brand.

You will own negotiations, partnerships, and program strategy, collaborating with editorial, video, social, and sales teams to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, creator partnerships, or agency representation.
• Deep network across gaming, esports, streaming, entertainment, and creator management.
• Experience operating at a senior level within an agency, media company, or creator-focused organisation.
• Strong understanding of creator economy metrics including CPMs, engagement, KPIs, and branded content.
• Commercial awareness with revenue-generating partnership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, influence teams, and build scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dexerto’s influencer and talent relations function across editorial and commercial operations.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for creator, influencer, and talent partnerships.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational standards across the department.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on creator partnerships and influencer strategy.
• Educate wider teams on industry trends, platform developments, CPMs, and partnership best practices.
• Lead negotiations with creators, managers, and agents; guide campaign execution.
