Job summary
Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Corporate Claim Litigation Attorney Lead Consultant to join its in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor degree, possess 3+ years of insurance defense experience, and demonstrate strong legal judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset is essential while working within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of substantive legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
- Experience in insurance defense work is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee claims of heightened exposure and major litigation related to insurance claims.
- Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues.
- Provide advice to Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues.
