• Prepare for and conduct trials, hearings, mediations, depositions, and examinations under oath.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions and trials.
• Schedule and attend court appearances and manage matter calendars.
• Keep partners updated on case status and litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and trial documents.
• Try and arbitrate cases; draft motions in limine and jury instructions.
