Job summary

Delve Underground has an opening for a Lead Cost Estimator based in our North American offices. You will lead cost estimating efforts on complex civil, structural and tunnel projects and manage a team of project cost estimators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ direct field experience on heavy civil tunnel projects.
• 20+ years’ experience preferred in heavy civil tunnel projects.
• Accredited undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven ability to lead a team of estimators and participate in pricing work.
• Strong analytical and computer skills; knowledge of cost estimating practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimating efforts on complex civil, structural and tunnel projects.
• Lead a group of project cost estimators.
• Oversee conceptual and production-based estimates and schedules; take-offs and quotes.
• Review drawings for constructability and cost-related issues; assess risk inputs.
