Delve Underground is seeking a Lead Cost Estimator to head cost estimating on complex civil, structural, and tunnel projects from our North American offices. This role manages a team of estimators and collaborates across design and construction teams to deliver accurate, timely cost data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' direct field experience on one or more heavy civil tunnel projects; 20+ years' experience preferred.
• Exposure to cost estimating and pricing work.
• Professional registration or certification, or ability to obtain within 1st year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimating efforts on complex civil, structural and tunnel projects.
• Lead a group of project cost estimators.
• Perform and oversee cost estimating efforts, including conceptual and production-based estimates and schedules.
• Collaborate on risk assessments to quantify project risks and estimate uncertainty.
• Review in-progress drawings for constructability and cost-related issues.
• Provide QA review on work by others.
