GoDaddy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our advanced Security Operations team. This role leads complex incident response and forensic investigations across Windows, macOS, Linux, and AWS environments while helping modernize security operations through automation and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with senior IR/SECOPS/Threat Detection/Forensics roles
• AWS security expertise including IAM, CloudTrail, Config, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Detective, VPC Flow Logs
• Forensic investigations, evidence collection, log analysis, malware triage with chain-of-custody
• Strong scripting and automation in Python/PowerShell/Bash; AWS automation via Lambda/Step Functions/EventBridge
• Excellent communication, reporting, and executive presentation能力

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority incident response and forensic investigations; act as escalation point for advanced analysis and reporting
• Drive threat detection and response across AWS, Windows, macOS, Linux, and endpoint platforms
• Conduct malware analysis, host and cloud forensics, evidence collection, and threat hunting
• Design automated security workflows and AI-assisted playbooks to improve detection and reduce MTTR
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and DevOps to enhance security posture and mentor engineers
