Job summary

Ansira is seeking an operational Lead to provide tools and support to local channel partners and their advertising partners, aligning with brand objectives and program guidelines.

The role focuses on customer service excellence, risk identification, and promoting a voice of the customer across US and global teams, with responsibilities spanning workflow optimization, performance metrics, and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
• 2+ years agency or related experience with leadership exposure.
• Remote-work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess workload, set daily goals, and share team status updates to meet SLAs.
• Support workflows and optimize team performance across US and global teams.
• Track metrics against department benchmarks (AIM) and act on findings.
• Develop program knowledge and act as day-to-day decision maker for operations.
• Lead special projects as directed by client or internal teams.
• Assist with data loads and payment runs.
• Resolve customer escalations via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain accurate records and proactive reporting.
• Coach customers and partners in creating brand-enhancing content.
• Own release testing and QA, and maintain SOPs and training docs.
