The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.

Business Analyst (Onshore)

• 5+ yrs of Business Analyst experience at Onshore in customer facing role


• Excellent in stakeholder management


• Excellent in communication


• Excellent in requirements traceability maintenance


• Very good hands on experience in UAT administration and defects management and defects triage


• Very good in providing internal status to Project Management and Program Managment


• Experience in Contact Center IT landscape would be preferred
