We are seeking a senior architecture leader who can guide the Springs project from concept to construction, drive design through construction, and set strategic direction with leadership and U.S.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of architecture experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proficient in Revit and comfortable working autonomously in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Springs architecture team from concept to construction.
• Drive design through construction, including unconventional structures.
• Set vision and strategy with leadership and U.S. consultants.
• Manage architects and coordinate with consultants for code compliance.
