Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a hands-on senior IC designer to move projects from first sketch through design development for residential and community spaces. You will lead concept and design development, translating wellness principles into buildable solutions and setting design standards.

You will present and defend decisions to leadership, partners, and buyers. This is a remote, cross-cultural team with a global footprint, including a 135-acre residential project in Texas Hill Country.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of architectural design experience with a portfolio of built work.
• Revit proficiency and confidence working autonomously on a remote, cross-cultural team.
