Job summary

Humana in the United States is seeking a Lead Application Architect to design and govern scalable, secure enterprise IT architecture across applications. You will lead architecture planning, evaluate technologies, and drive standards while collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

This remote role expects 40 hours weekly with occasional travel to Humana offices for trainings or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field
• 8+ years as a senior developer on large IT projects
• Lead architecture design, governance, and strategic direction of the Specialty Integration Hub
• Define, establish, and enforce integration architecture standards across delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and governance across enterprise applications
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective technology solutions
• Drive enterprise API, data integration, and cloud architecture strategies
• Mentor technical teams and ensure engineering best practices across the organization
