Job summary

Launch Potato is a leading discovery and conversion company hiring a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across our finance-focused verticals, from raw data ingestion through LookML modeling and standardized dashboards.

You’ll partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to analyze performance marketing, experiments, creatives, seasonality and CAC, turning data into decision-ready insights that move the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure end-to-end for finance-focused verticals, from raw data ingestion and SQL analysis to LookML modeling and standardized dashboards.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to analyze performance marketing, experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, CAC and funnel metrics.
• Ensure dashboards are adopted and understood; act as a trusted analytical partner who drives action, not just builds visuals.
