Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst in Process Analytics for SCM to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead optimization initiatives across supply chain functions. You will monitor inventory, evaluate supplier performance, and drive cost savings through data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytics, dashboards, and collaboration with business units to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in analytics, CS or data science.
Strong data analytics and supply chain knowledge.
APICS/ISM/CSCP/CPP certifications are a plus.
Experience with analytics tooling and dashboards recommended.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance performance.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts for cost savings.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for continuity.
