Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM to analyze supply chain data, manage project controllership, and improve margins and cash flow.

The role collaborates with PMO, finance, and operations to drive end-to-end PCA processes and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong data analytics, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and expertise in PCA workflows, budgeting, and revenue recognition across global contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS, or statistics and a Master's in data science.
• Experience with project controls, PCA workflows, and financial reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and SQL-based data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project controllership and financial reporting per internal controls; define milestones for revenue recognition.
• Track PCA KPIs and coordinate with Project Management Office to align budgets and forecasts.
• Enter and maintain project financial data in Oracle or SAP ERP; support invoicing and cash collection.
• Deliver monthly close for assigned business units by country and report exceptions.
