Maximus seeks a Lead AI Systems Engineer to join the AI Transformation and Experience team, building software and AI capabilities used across government programs and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, testing, deploying, and improving production software with AI Embedded into enterprise platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including production systems.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML or related technologies.
• 5+ years designing or building solutions in cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop advanced AI software applications with scalability and enterprise integration.
• Own difficult technical problems from exploration to deployment and evolution.
• Write high-quality software, APIs, services, tests, and tooling.
• Build AI-enabled applications that integrate models, data, cloud services, and existing systems.
• Apply strong engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
