Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Designer, AI to shape intuitive, high-impact AI experiences across a broad software ecosystem. This role partners with product management, engineering, and design leadership to unify AI patterns while balancing user needs, feasibility, and business goals.

Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $159,858 to $251,450 annually, with health benefits and comprehensive perks.

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex or enterprise software.
• Experience in applied AI for product experiences such as Search and AI Chat.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
