Job summary

Zelis is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the internal AI Platform, guiding the roadmap end-to-end and partnering with engineering and design to ship valuable capabilities for employees across the business.

This role is remote from anywhere in the US with EST hours and occasional travel to an office location. You will align leadership, drive adoption, and measure platform health while delivering scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and scaling a platform used across an organization.
• Proven ability to think in systems and reason about architecture and APIs.
• Data-driven: uses product usage data to prioritize and justify decisions.
• Strong prioritization and writing to convey rationale and rally teams.
• Senior stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the long‑term platform roadmap informed by discovery with the platform users.
• Treat platform users as customers and reduce friction in how AI is integrated into daily workflows.
• Own end-to-end delivery from intake to launch, balancing speed, scale, cost and reliability.
• Define platform health and adoption metrics and drive them upward.
• Align leadership, engineering and business priorities and tell the story behind each priority.
