Thriveworks in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Independently licensed in Arizona (LCSW) and available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability, you will join a clinician-led organization supporting your caseload with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arizona — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country
• Maintain a full caseload and deliver telehealth and in-person sessions
