Willow Therapeutic Solutions in Buckeye, AZ seeks a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote/hybrid outpatient therapy role. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LCSW license in Arizona with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Experience in clinical social work including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning; delivering therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse client populations.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
