Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote/telehealth role serving clients across New Jersey. You will deliver therapy, assess clinical needs, and develop treatment plans in a virtual care environment.

Active LCSW in New Jersey is required, with experience in clinical, outpatient, or telehealth settings. Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy in clinical, outpatient, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and clinical history.
• Build and manage treatment plans reflecting client goals.
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation for all services.
• Review progress and update interventions when appropriate.
• Address crisis situations according to clinical protocol.
