Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients across North Carolina through a fully remote behavioral health practice.

You will work with adults navigating mental health concerns, considering personal, social, and environmental factors to provide practical, clinically appropriate care. The role requires strong clinical judgment, solid experience with telehealth platforms and EHRs, and the ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in North Carolina.
• Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and review history.
• Identify treatment priorities and set care goals.
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
