Job summary

Peregrine Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in North Carolina to join our remote, full-time behavioral health team. You will provide high-quality clinical services, assessment, and therapy to a diverse client population from a supportive care model.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams, coordinate community resources, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in North Carolina.
• 3+ years post-licensure in community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings.
• Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and risk factors.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EHR per standards.
