Job summary

Assurasource, Ltd. seeks a licensed LCSW to provide remote mental health services for Colorado clients via telehealth in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

The role covers individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will perform intake assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation while staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Active Colorado LCSW license.
• Strong English communication and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and assess risk for suicide or harm.
• Foster a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential environment.
• Stay current on mental health practices and relevant continuing education.
