Job summary

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with a broader care team to support positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in state of practice.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adults.
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience using CBT.
• Crisis intervention experience is a plus.
