Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work required.
• Active Texas LCSW license preferred.
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention and assess suicide/harm risk.
