Job summary

Assurasource seeks a licensed clinical social worker to deliver remote therapy from Colorado. The role involves individual, couples, and family therapy with a client-centered approach and strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements include an MSW with an active Colorado LCSW license, English proficiency, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Telehealth experience and trauma-informed care are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Proficient in English and compliant with HIPAA documentation.
• Preferred: EMDR or trauma-informed care training; telehealth experience; bilingual Spanish-English.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
• Offer couples and family therapy; develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Apply CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities; provide crisis intervention when needed.

Job Overview:

Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and assess risk for suicide or harm
• Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment for clients
• Stay current on mental health, best practices and relevant continuing education

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work
• Valid, active Colorado LCSW license
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Experience with telehealth services
• Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
