Job summary

Iris Telehealth is seeking a California-licensed LCSW Supervisor to join a 100% remote outpatient FQHC based in California. The role blends direct clinical care with clinical supervision, serving patients and clinicians within an integrated healthcare system.

This full-time position requires a CA license, BBS supervisor training, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly (Mon–Fri). Remote work enables flexible scheduling across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW license is required.
• Completion of the California BBS Supervisor Training Course required.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Experience supervising clinicians and providing clinical supervision.
• Willingness to provide both supervision and direct patient care.
• Experience caring for patients ages 6+.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health clinicians.
• Deliver direct patient care to ages 6+ as part of the role.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team within an integrated system.
• Maintain evidence-based care and thorough clinical documentation.
• Support clinical operations and contribute to quality improvement.
