Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking a supervising clinician (LMFT or LPCC) in California for an independent contractor role with no client caseload. You will provide supervision to associate-level therapists via telehealth, monitor compliance, and collaborate with schools and families through your supervisees.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in California as an LMFT or LPCC is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
• Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with schools, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team.
• Use Daybreak's tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
