Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians across a designated California office. The role supports a clinician-led, family-centered practice with a focus on children and teens.

The ideal candidate holds a California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license (BBS) for at least two years and is capable of teaching and mentoring while maintaining strong documentation and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC (BBS) for at least 2 years
• Experience supervising clinicians or trainees
• Ability to teach and train associate therapists
• Strong documentation and note review skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and EHRs

Responsibilities

• Direct care for a client caseload across the lifespan
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates
• Review and sign supervisees' notes
• Support regional leadership with performance feedback
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure great client care
