Job summary

Thriveworks is a mental health care company that supports licensed clinicians pursuing NM licensure as LCSWs to provide compassionate telehealth sessions. The role requires board approval as LMSW and living in New Mexico, with a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.

You will treat depression and anxiety with DSM-5 under supervision and maintain a flexible schedule to meet a minimum of 25 sessions weekly.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as an LMSW.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in New Mexico.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients across the country.
• Conduct intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under licensed supervision (preferred).
• Maintain a full caseload and document progress in the EHR.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure measurable client progress.
