Job summary

Thriveworks in Albuquerque, NM seeks provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Mexico licensure as an LCSW. This full-time role combines telehealth and face-to-face sessions with a ramp stipend of 7,500 for 25+ weekly hours.

Expect a supportive environment with supervision, paid orientation, and a structured schedule across 7am–10pm, seven days a week. Compensation up to $51,700 annually, with additional bonuses and a strong benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Must live and seek licensure in the state where services are provided.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as an LMSW.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in counseling treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (DSM-5) preferred.
