Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Mexico licensure to provide telehealth sessions from a flexible, nationwide model. Candidates should be LMSW-eligible, with a 60‑credit hour program and experience treating depression and anxiety, and be available for a full caseload with 30 hours weekly.

The role includes credentialing and support with scheduling, billing, and ongoing supervision, along with health insurance, PTO, and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing New Mexico independent licensure as an LMSW
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Experience in counseling settings treating depression and anxiety
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours availability

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions
• Work under licensed supervision for diagnosis under DSM-5 guidelines (preferred)
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Collaborate with clinical team and administrative staff to support clients
