Job summary

Nurse Practitioner On Call is seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to provide 100% remote Telehealth therapy on a fee-for-service basis. The role offers work-from-home flexibility and requires a Maryland license, with nursing and credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license (LCPC or LCSW-C) required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active NPI number (Type 1).
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations via Telehealth.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention as appropriate.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours).
• Ensure compliance with Telehealth regulations and payer requirements.
