Mental Health America of Los Angeles is hiring LCPC/LCSW therapists for a flexible remote/hybrid position in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will handle a diverse caseload with opportunities for individual, group, and family therapy, including Telehealth.

The role supports autonomy, flexibility, and professional growth within a compassionate leadership team. Start within 1–2 months, with ongoing credentialing and benefits as you transition to full-time status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited university.
• Licensed mental health professional in Maryland.
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and document case notes per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to expand access to care.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
• Other duties as meaningful to role.
