BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Law and Motion Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position based in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on motion work for litigation matters, including drafting demand letters and responding to agency charges, with nationwide eligibility where the firm maintains offices.

The candidate must hold a JD and be admitted to the California State Bar, with substantial CA experience for Of Counsel consideration.

Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Good standing with the bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role consideration.
• At least 9 years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
