BWH Hotels, headquartered in Phoenix, is seeking a Senior Leader to oversee Design Onboarding and Brand Development Project Management, guiding the hotel onboarding lifecycle from contract through opening and stabilization.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Development, Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Technology, driving onboarding excellence, operational readiness, and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hospitality leadership or related fields.
• Experience with hotel openings, renovations, or multi-property portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor/owner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Onboarding and Brand Development PM teams across onboarding lifecycle.
• Develop onboarding strategies for new construction, conversions, renovations.
• Ensure brand standards compliance and operational readiness.
• Create executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, and management companies.
