Job summary

Super Organics is hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to keep products in stock, manage purchasing, and drive measurable cost savings in packaging, inventory, and shipping. You will build practical planning tools and work with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include forecasting, placing purchase orders, coordinating production priorities, and maintaining compliance with cGMP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, or production planning for physical consumer products.
• Direct experience coordinating contract manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse or 3PL operations.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for forecasts, replenishment plans, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build SKU-level forecasts and replenishment plans using sales history, subscriptions, promotions, and seasonality.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, delivery commitments, receipts, and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate packaging artwork, product launches, and brand-side quality workflows.
• Own compliance with dietary supplement cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate warehousing, shipping, and inventory reconciliation with 3PL and internal teams.
• Develop dashboards and SOPs showing stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, and cost savings.
